In our downtown LA offices, we combine music-therapy techniques, professional training and our patented mobile app to create groundbreaking products that are improving health and wellness for thousands of people.

We are looking a customer-service savvy person with operational know how and a desire to learn every aspect of the business to join our team. The person in this role will help oversee, analyze and improve performance of multiple projects. You will need to have not just an understanding of client support and operations, but a passion for hitting operational goals and refining processes. The ability to make quality judgments on the fly is essential. Applicants should be able to demonstrate a curiosity about and interest in the intersection of music, health and technology.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Establish, maintain and support robust client relationships with key accounts.

  • Facilitate communication between operations and creative services, finance and sales.

  • Help evolve processes to increase efficiency and communication both internally and externally.

  • Contribute to improving operational excellence by collaborating with other teams on new and existing departmental initiatives.

  • Employ CRM software to organize and manage inquiries.


  • At least two years of experience in customer service or relationship management, ideally with a technology and/or health-care product

  • Empathetic and organized with an ability to provide constancy in a fast-moving environment

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

  • Excellence manipulating Google Docs, Microsoft Suite and Apple mobile hardware

Operations Coordinator

In our downtown LA offices, we combine music-therapy expertise, professional training and our proprietary mobile app to create groundbreaking products that are improving health and wellness for thousands of people. 


Evidence-based music therapy practices sit at the core of all we do, and we are looking for part-time and—for the right candidate—full-time certified music therapists to join our team. Successful candidates will join a cross-functional team to create, roll out and support a therapeutic music solution that currently improves the health and lives of 26,000 people on a daily basis. Depending on the candidate, responsibilities would include a combination of the following: 


  • Conducting demo groups and individual singing sessions using our patented technology and original programming guides

  • Training others in the use of our technology and program guides

  • Developing new programming and training materials for new and existing products

  • Conducting quarterly webinars and providing continued clinical support for existing customers

  • Analyzing and integrating the latest research on the intersection of music as medicine to create a cutting-edge product

  • Reviewing and contextualizing current clinical research for product integration (this can be done part time, at a distance) 



  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree from any accredited music therapy school

  • Music Therapy Board Certification

  • At least three years of clinical experience. 

The successful candidate will likely have demonstrated excellence in:

  • Working with geriatric 

  • Facilitating group singing sessions

  • Facilitating one-to-one singing sessions

  • Articulating the therapeutic benefits of music

  • Working as part of a team 


Extra credit: Experience with dementia, chronic breathing disorders, caregiving and neurological/physical rehab.
