National Sales Director
Remote

Musical Health Technologies (MHT), a ten-year-old award-winning leader in the digital health space based in Los Angeles, California, with major clients and partners is seeking a National Sales Director who drives growth and loves to close revenue generating relationships. We are a small team with a collaborative culture. You will have the opportunity to make a big difference to reach hundreds of millions of people with the therapeutic power of music. We are open to remote candidates.
This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to get in on the ground floor of an exciting new industry at the intersection of healthcare, music and technology and to help shape new sales strategies. The most successful candidate will have both experience and deep connections in the long term care industry as well experience selling technology.
A quantitative track record for driving revenue is a must.
The successful candidate will work with the VP of Sales Strategy and CEO to drive revenue of our SingFit Digital Health platform through the sale of our suite of products:
Key Responsibilities, Depending on Qualifications, Will Include:

Increasing market position by identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing business relationships, partnerships, and strategic alliances with large providers

Creating a systematic approach in identifying and sourcing deals and evaluating added value propositions while generating interest among identified targets

Relaying market trends and sharing competitive intelligence to develop business strategies to VP of Sales Strategy

Work with sales team to develop strategic plans designed to close large portfolio accounts

Interface with Marketing and Social Media Teams to keep messaging aligned

Closing large corporate accounts as independent contributor as well
Job Qualifications:
The successful candidate will possess the majority of skills and experiences below:

Minimum seven years of demonstrated sales experience in the senior living, skilled nursing and home health or related healthcare environment is essential for success in this position

A quantitative track record for driving revenue is a must. Experience and / or key contacts in the hospital and managed care industries area plus

Established key contacts and existing relationships within the healthcare arena is a must
-
Successful track record in identifying and building key relationships with large healthcare providers is a plus
-
Ability to upsell new and multiple products to existing and target client bases

Excellent written and verbal communication skills including large group presentations

Experience in dealing with C-Suite and senior level decision makers

Proven ability to effectively manage multiple priorities with excellent time management and organizational skills

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
-
Ability to travel to in-person conferences as needed
