Business Development & Partnerships Lead

About SingFit
SingFit is an award-winning digital health platform using the power of music to improve mental, physical, and community health. Our clinically validated app, used in senior care and healthcare systems, transforms evidence-based singing interventions into scalable, joyful solutions that enhance wellbeing for people with dementia, PTSD, and other health conditions.

We’re expanding our partnerships with organizations who are focused on improving the lives of people with dementia and their caregivers. We are looking for an experienced (5+ years) business development pro with a history of closing deals. The successful candidate will be targeting organizations and businesses who support caregivers and people with dementia, for example: Caregiving.com, AARP and Best Buy as well as  football teams (in the UK), pharmaceutical companies and other influencers in the space. 

Background Must Haves

This position requires a quantifiable history of revenue generation and footprint expansion as well  high level negotiation skills. We understand that spending your time applying to positions and not hearing back is no fun and we do not want to waste your time, so please keep this in mind when submitting for the position. Candidates who do not possess these three qualities from applying. The successful candidate will be able to hit the ground running and ideally already has connections in the caregiving or older adult market though this is not required.

The Role

You’ll lead outreach and partnership development to increase adoption and usage of the SingFit platform across the U.S. and abroad. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll identify and secure strategic collaborations that drive measurable outcomes from pilot programs and distribution deals to enterprise rollouts and sponsorships.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage B2B and B2B2C partnership with other brands focused on older adults

  • Drive adoption and usage of the SingFit app through licensing, integrations, and affiliate agreements

  • Collaborate with marketing and clinical teams to tailor partnership proposals and evidence-based ROI cases

  • Negotiate partnership terms, pricing, and implementation plans

  • Track, analyze, and report on partnership performance and market trends

  • Represent SingFit at conferences and digital health ecosystem events (virtual or in-person)

Ideal Candidate

  • 5+ years in business development, partnerships, or growth roles within digital health, healthcare, or wellness technology 

  • Skilled communicator with a strong network and experience selling to senior care, payer, or health system partners

  • Comfortable balancing relationship-building with data-driven results

  • Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable in a small, mission-driven team environment

  • Passion for music, wellness, and technology that improves lives

 

Compensation
Competitive salary or commission-based structure, depending on experience and availability (part-time or full-time).
