Today, SingFit announced that its SingFit PRIME program is now active in more than 1,000 senior living communities, skilled nursing facilities, and hospice programs across the United States and the United Kingdom.

To mark the milestone, SingFit will host a reception on Tuesday, January 13, at the popular San Francisco bar Johnny Foley’s, bringing together operators, partners, and industry leaders attending the J.P. Morgan Healthcare Conference. The evening will include opportunities for guests to experience the SingFit app for themselves.

SingFit founders CEO Rachel Francine and Chief Clinical Officer and certified music therapist Andy Tubman will speak at the event about the company’s growth. In addition, they will discuss observations and data collected from skilled nursing facilities where SingFit PRIME is offered as a program, including reported reductions in hospitalizations, falls, and behavioral health exacerbations.

SingFit also reports that integrations with SingFit PRIME are driving increased enrollment among skilled nursing residents into Institutional Special Needs Plans (I-SNPs), highlighting the platform’s ability to support value-based care models.

“The scale we’ve reached reflects what providers are telling us,” said Francine. “They’re looking for programs that improve quality of life, support staff, and align with the realities of value-based care. SingFit does that in a way that’s human, accessible, and scalable.”
